At Revolving Door, we value poetry, cultural musings, and  fostering artist communities. We inspire and nurture the human spirit—one reading, one workshop, and one mentor at a time.

Revolving Door Reading Series is Near West’s fashionable monthly reading series featuring poetry, cultural musings, and music spun by FathomDJ. Every fourth Thursday, we blend genres with poets, musicians, fictionists (‘fiction writer’ bugs us), artists and those in between. Our features provide evenings of insight, laughter, dazzle—well, you know what words, music and art can do.

Our space is your space! Find us at the new Seven Ultra Lounge, located at 1270 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, IL. Open mic starts at 7:30p.m., followed by features at 8p.m.
